Trump admin files first racketeering charges against massive migrant terrorist group present in U.S.

The first RICO charges against members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua were filed in New York as part of “Operation Take Back America.”

Twenty-seven alleged members and associates face charges including murder, sex trafficking, drug distribution, extortion, and human smuggling.

The indictments target both current TdA members and a splinter group called Anti-Tren.

Authorities say the gang trafficked women from Venezuela into sex slavery and committed violent crimes across several states.

Most suspects are in custody, and many face life sentences, Fox News has reported.

U.S. officials called TdA a terrorist organization and vowed to dismantle it entirely.
