At least two people drowned in Oklahoma on Wednesday after their vehicles were swept away by floodwaters during severe thunderstorms that flooded roads across Oklahoma and Texas.
The storms caused major travel disruptions and flight delays, while Pennsylvania dealt with cleanup from a separate deadly storm that killed three.
The National Weather Service warned of continued flash flood risk across the south-central U.S. through early Thursday, the Associated Press has reported.
