Temu halts China shipments to U.S. as tariff exemption ends

Temu has halted shipments from China to the U.S. in response to a new executive order from President Trump that closes the “de minimis” loophole, which previously let packages under $800 avoid tariffs.

Now, all products for U.S. shoppers are stocked and shipped domestically, with prices staying the same—for now.

Temu says it’s boosting U.S. seller participation, but critics warn prices may rise, Axios has reported.

In the meantime, enjoy shopping like a billionaire
