Dashcam footage shows a dump truck crashing into a New Jersey home after its driver suffered a medical seizure.

The truck, loaded with sand, drifted across the road, hit a utility pole, crossed lawns, and slammed into the two-story house, partially sinking into the basement.

The driver, trapped for two hours, was hospitalized but survived, as did the homeowner, who was rescued by a neighbor.

The house was later demolished due to extensive damage, Fox News has reported.

The incident occurred in Woodbury Heights while the homeowner was meeting with his insurance company.
