President Trump has ordered an investigation into President Biden’s use of the autopen to sign official documents, alleging it may have masked a decline in Biden’s cognitive health and calling some of his actions potentially illegitimate.

Trump claims aides may have wielded executive power in Biden’s name, including issuing pardons for his siblings and political allies.

Biden strongly denied the accusations, asserting all decisions were his.

House Republicans, led by Rep. James Comer, are also investigating, seeking testimony from top Biden aides, the Associated Press has reported.

Democrats have dismissed the probe as a political stunt, following Biden’s withdrawal from the 2024 race after a widely criticized debate performance.
