President Trump warned Elon Musk of “serious consequences” if he funds Democrats opposing the GOP’s budget bill, escalating their public feud.

Trump said he has no intention of repairing ties with Musk, whom he accused of disrespecting the presidency.

Musk had criticized Trump and the bill, even posting (then deleting) calls for Trump’s impeachment and highlighting past Epstein links.

Trump responded by suggesting canceling Musk’s federal contracts, though he hasn’t acted on it.

Despite the fallout, Trump remains confident the bill will pass and claimed the dispute has only strengthened GOP unity, NBC News has reported.

Vice President JD Vance called Musk’s attacks a “huge mistake.”
