President Trump is promoting a new $5 million “Trump Card” program offering wealthy immigrants a fast-track to U.S. legal residency, with a waitlist now open at Trumpcard.gov.
The card, described as a more exclusive version of a green card, could eventually lead to citizenship.
Applicants must provide personal and regional details to join the waitlist.
Trump claims the initiative could raise up to $5 trillion by selling 1 million cards, aiming to replace the EB-5 visa program, CBS News has reported.
However, legal experts question whether the program is lawful without congressional approval.
