Police in Culpeper, Virginia, arrested 21-year-old Joseph R. Checklick for allegedly driving an SUV through a crowd at a “No Kings” anti-Trump protest on Saturday.

Authorities say he intentionally accelerated into the dispersing crowd, though no injuries were reported.

Checklick was charged with reckless driving and is being held without bond, Axios has reported.

The incident occurred amid other protest-related threats and violence across the U.S., including a deadly shooting of two Minnesota lawmakers.
