Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told ABC News that targeting Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei would end the conflict between Israel and Iran, not escalate it.
Netanyahu described Iran as a regime spreading terror in the Middle East and insisted that Israel’s actions are preventing nuclear war by targeting Iran’s nuclear program and top scientists.
He urged U.S. support, warning that the threat from Iran extends beyond Israel to America and the world, ABC News has reported.
Meanwhile, Iran condemned Israeli attacks, blaming U.S. backing, and suspended nuclear talks amid rising tensions that have already caused hundreds of deaths on both sides.
