House Oversight Committee Republicans say they may subpoena former President Joe Biden and former First Lady Jill Biden as part of an investigation into whether aides covered up signs of Biden’s mental decline while in office.

Chairman James Comer said “every option’s on the table,” while Rep. Byron Donalds called for all former Biden staffers to testify.

The committee recently questioned Jill Biden’s longtime aide Anthony Bernal, who invoked the Fifth Amendment, Fox News has reported.

The probe has also subpoenaed other former White House aides, drawing pushback from Biden allies.
