Federal investigators are probing an incident in San Jose, California, where a car crashed into a post office early Sunday, sparking a fire.

No injuries were reported, but the building was heavily damaged.

The driver, Richard Tillman—brother of late NFL player and Army Ranger Pat Tillman—was arrested and booked on suspicion of arson.

Authorities are also investigating spray-painted messages on the building and reports the crash may have been live-streamed.

It’s unclear if impairment was a factor, ABC News has reported.

The motive and connection to the graffiti remain under investigation.
