A man has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder after a woman was found dead in a Shelby Township, Michigan apartment following a 911 hang-up call.
Police responded to the call early Saturday and were met by 29-year-old Terrance Lamar Bowie, who admitted there was a body inside.
A 27-year-old woman, known to Bowie, was found dead in a bedroom.
Authorities determined it was a homicide.
Bowie was also charged with tampering with the crime scene and is being held on a $2 million bond, ABC News has reported.
Police confirmed the act was not random.
