Three people were killed Monday in a shooting outside a Target in Austin, Texas, before the 32-year-old male suspect fled in a stolen car, police said.

One of the victims was the carjacking target.

After crashing the vehicle, the suspect stole another car from a dealership and was later arrested in southern Austin after being subdued with a Taser, ABC News has reported.

The motive remains under investigation.
