3 hospitalized, including child, after minivan drives through Pennsylvania festival

A red minivan plowed through the Kipona Festival in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Monday, injuring three people, including a 6-year-old boy now in critical condition, a city worker, and a woman in a wheelchair.

The driver, taken into custody, entered the barricaded area around 6 p.m. as the festival was ending.

The vehicle struck multiple objects before stopping.

Authorities have not determined whether the act was intentional and say the investigation is ongoing, ABC News has reported.
