Prince Harry makes surprise visit to Ukraine in support of wounded service members

Prince Harry made a surprise visit to Ukraine on Friday to show support for wounded service members.

It is his second time visiting the country, which is currently among the contenders to host the Invictus Games in four years.

The games, founded by Harry, are a Paralympic-style competition for wounded, injured, and sick service personnel and veterans.

His representatives confirmed his arrival, which came as part of a trip that included traveling by overnight train to the capital, ABC News has reported.

Speaking to the Guardian, Harry emphasized that while the war cannot be stopped, efforts can still be made to support recovery and healing.
