A suspect is in custody after a stabbing at Carrick High School in Pittsburgh on Wednesday morning, Sept. 24, that injured three students.
The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m., police said.
Two students were hospitalized with stab wounds to the abdomen—one in critical condition and one stable—while a third sustained a minor laceration and was not hospitalized.
A male suspect, who also suffered a cut to his hand, was treated at the scene and taken into custody for questioning, USA Today has reported.
Authorities are investigating the altercation.
