A former student allegedly stabbed three staff members and planted two pipe bombs at the Switzer Learning Center in Torrance, California.
The attack occurred around 8:15 a.m., with two victims taken to Harbor General Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and a third treated on scene.
The suspect was arrested and disclosed the locations of the pipe bombs, which were safely rendered inert by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Bomb Squad.
Police have confirmed there is no ongoing threat and are continuing their investigation, though the suspect’s identity, age, and motive have not been released, ABC News has reported.
Authorities thanked the community and responding agencies for their cooperation and emphasized that public safety remains a top priority.
