Grand jury empaneled in Florida to investigate a sweeping conspiracy against Trump

A federal grand jury will be empaneled in Fort Pierce, Florida, in January to investigate claims of a decade-long conspiracy against former President Donald Trump, according to attorney Mike Davis.

Davis, a close Trump ally, alleges top Democratic officials—including Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, Chris Wray, and Jack Smith—coordinated politically motivated investigations and legal actions to impede Trump.

While Davis promotes the grand jury as a tool to pursue potential criminal charges against these officials, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida has not commented on the purpose of the investigation, ABC News has reported.

Trump has echoed similar claims on social media, asserting that Democrats engaged in illegal and unethical behavior against him.
