Trump threatens to ‘knock the hell’ out of Iran if they build weapons

President Donald Trump said he is open to additional military action against Iran if it rebuilds its ballistic missile capabilities or resumes its nuclear program, while also urging Tehran to negotiate.

Speaking alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at Mar-a-Lago, Trump warned that the U.S. would act forcefully if Iran continues such efforts but said a deal would be a “much smarter” option.

The comments come amid heightened tensions, with reports that Iran may be trying to restore missile production and nuclear enrichment sites damaged by earlier Israeli and U.S. strikes.

Trump indicated he would support Israeli strikes against Iran’s missile and nuclear activities if necessary, CNBC has reported.

He also said Gaza was on the agenda with Netanyahu, expressing hope to advance the second phase of the ceasefire deal, which hinges on Hamas disarmament and the return of remaining hostages.
