Emmy-winning actor Kiefer Sutherland, 59, was arrested early Monday in Hollywood following an altercation with a ride-share driver.
The LAPD said he allegedly assaulted the driver and was taken into custody on suspicion of felony criminal threats.
No injuries were reported, and Sutherland was released on $50,000 bond, with an initial court date set for February 2.
The “24” star, known for his Emmy and Golden Globe-winning role as Jack Bauer, also appeared in films like Stand by Me, The Lost Boys, and A Few Good Men, NBC 4 Los Angeles has reported.
Authorities have contacted Sutherland’s representatives for comment.
