Vance in Minneapolis: Much of Media ‘Lying’ About Work of ICE Agents

Vice President JD Vance praised ICE agents in Minneapolis on Thursday, saying they do an “incredible job” despite media misrepresentation and harassment.

He acknowledged that some incidents may be problematic but emphasized that agents often operate under extreme duress and chaos, facing doxxing and occasional assaults.

Vance encouraged peaceful protest against immigration policies but warned that any assault on law enforcement would be fully prosecuted.

He recounted an incident where off-duty ICE officers were threatened by agitators at a restaurant, requiring federal intervention for their safety, Breitbart News has reported.

Vance criticized far-left activists and some local officials for fostering an anti-ICE environment while visiting Minneapolis after a stop in Toledo, Ohio.
