A federal judge in Georgia has ordered the unsealing of documents related to an FBI raid that seized 2020 election materials from Fulton County.
Judge J.P. Boulee gave the government until Tuesday to file the documents, including a redacted search warrant affidavit.
The January 28 raid targeted ballots, tabulator tapes, electronic ballot images, and voter rolls at Fulton County’s main election facility.
Fulton County officials have requested the return of roughly 656 boxes of the seized election materials, Fox News has reported.
The raid has drawn attention amid scrutiny of the heavily Democratic county following President Trump’s 2020 election loss in Georgia.
