Caleb Flynn, 39, has been charged with the murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn, who was shot in the head in their Tipp City, Ohio home on February 16, 2026.

Court documents allege Caleb used a 9mm handgun and staged the crime scene to mislead investigators, though he initially told 911 that an intruder had killed his wife.

He faces additional charges of two counts of felonious assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of tampering with evidence, and his bond was set at $2 million.

Caleb pleaded not guilty during his arraignment, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 26, and his attorney claims prosecutors rushed to judgment, Fox News has reported.

Only Ashley, Caleb, and their two children were home during the incident, which Tipp City authorities said appears to be an isolated event.
