Hillary Clinton demands Trump quizzed under oath over Epstein

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified before the House Oversight Committee, urging authorities to investigate allegations that President Donald Trump was involved in crimes linked to Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking network.

Clinton called for Trump to be questioned under oath and criticized the Justice Department for withholding FBI interviews and other documents related to the allegations.

The deposition was briefly disrupted after Representative Lauren Boebert took a prohibited photo, highlighting Democratic calls for a public hearing to ensure transparency.

Clinton denied knowledge of Epstein’s or Ghislaine Maxwell’s criminal activities but acknowledged past connections to Maxwell through the Clinton Foundation, the Mirror has reported.

Democrats argued that Trump should be deposed just as former President Bill Clinton is, while Republican committee chair James Comer said the committee cannot depose a sitting president.
