US military strikes another alleged drug boat in the Eastern Pacific, killing 6

The United States military announced it struck another boat suspected of drug trafficking in the Eastern Pacific, killing six men.

U.S. Southern Command said intelligence confirmed the vessel was traveling along known narcotics trafficking routes and was involved in drug operations.

The command described the six men killed as “male narco-terrorists.”

Officials also reported that no U.S. military personnel were harmed during the strike, ABC News has reported

The operation is part of a broader campaign led by Gen. Francis Donovan, with U.S. strikes so far killing a total of 156 people.
