The FBI has recovered still images from motion-activated cameras around Nancy Guthrie’s Tucson, Arizona, property, but the images revealed nothing suspicious, showing only people in the yards and law enforcement after her disappearance.
Guthrie, 84 and mother of “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie, is believed to have been taken between late January 31 and early February 1.
Earlier doorbell camera footage showed a masked suspect carrying a holster, backpack, and possibly a “signal jammer,” which may explain why some cameras failed to record the abduction.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department continues to analyze evidence from multiple sources, including labs and camera footage, News Nation has reported.
The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to her recovery or the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
