Iran hits Kuwaiti oil refinery as Israel renews attacks on Tehran

Iran launched widespread drone and missile attacks across the Gulf, striking Kuwait’s Mina al-Ahmadi refinery and causing fires but no casualties.

The attacks came in retaliation for an اسرائیلی strike on Iran’s South Pars gas field and also targeted sites in the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.

Severe damage to Ras Laffan and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz have disrupted global energy supplies, sending prices soaring.

Meanwhile, explosions were reported in Tehran as Israel expanded its strikes, and missile sirens sounded in Tel Aviv, Al-Jazeera has reported.

The escalating conflict has caused heavy casualties, mass displacement, and growing concerns of a prolonged regional war with global economic impact.
