A 7-month-old baby, Kaori Patterson-Moore, was killed in Brooklyn after being struck by a stray bullet during a shooting in East Williamsburg.

Police say two suspects on a moped fired shots toward a group of people, then fled the scene.

The suspects later crashed into a car while attempting to escape, and one person of interest is now in custody while another remains at large.

Investigators believe the incident may be gang-related and are continuing to search for the second suspect, CBS News has reported.

Authorities, including NYPD officials, have vowed to bring those responsible to justice.
