Disney has introduced a free-roaming animatronic version of Olaf at Disneyland Paris in the World of Frozen themed area, where the character can walk, talk, and interact with guests.

A viral video showed Olaf moving through the park before slipping and losing his carrot nose, quickly gaining millions of views online.

Disney plans to expand the character’s appearances to parks worldwide and on cruise ships, though no official timeline has been announced.

The technology behind Olaf uses reinforcement learning, a form of artificial intelligence developed by Walt Disney Imagineering, the New York Post has reported.
