A single-engine Rockwell Commander plane crashed near Covington Municipal Airport late Saturday, killing both occupants.
The aircraft lost communication shortly after takeoff and was found in the woods north of the runway.
Authorities are working to identify the victims, while the FAA and NTSB are investigating the crash
