At least 30 Palestinians were killed by Israeli gunfire near U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) aid sites, according to the Hamas-run Gaza health ministry.
The IDF said it fired warning shots at suspects posing a threat.
The incident follows previous deadly clashes at aid sites, with over 300 reported dead and more than 2,600 injured since GHF began operations in late May.
UN officials criticized Israel’s conduct, accusing it of weaponizing food, while UN agencies have refused to work with GHF, the BBC has reported.
Witnesses and doctors described the aid distribution as chaotic and deadly, with many victims suffering gunshot wounds.
