A juror in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial was dismissed after reportedly giving conflicting information about whether he lives in New York or New Jersey, raising concerns about his candor.
The status of a second juror remains unresolved after allegations surfaced that they may have improperly discussed the case with a former colleague.
Judge Arun Subramanian left the bench without making a final ruling on that matter, NBC News has reported.
Combs is facing five serious criminal charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, all of which he has adamantly denied.
