An attack on al-Daein Teaching Hospital in Darfur killed at least 64 people, including children and medical staff, according to World Health Organization chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
The strike destroyed key departments, leaving the hospital nonfunctional and cutting off vital healthcare services.
The incident is part of the ongoing Sudan conflict, which has caused widespread devastation and displacement.
Over 2,000 people have now been killed in attacks on healthcare facilities during the war, Al-Jazeera has reported.
Both the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces have been accused of serious human rights violations as the crisis worsens.
