Diddy Jury to Decide if He Led Criminal Enterprise

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a federal trial on charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, with jury selection beginning this week.

Prosecutors allege that Combs led a decades-long criminal enterprise involving his employees, who they claim arranged drugs, prostitutes, and covered up violent assaults.

The charges span alleged crimes since 2004, including kidnapping, bribery, obstruction, and sexual exploitation.

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, is accused under the RICO Act—typically used against organized crime—allowing prosecutors to present a broad narrative of alleged misconduct, DNYUZ has reported.

His defense argues the case is an overreach, portraying his life as criminal without sufficient proof.
