A shooting at a large house party in Northeast Portland early Sunday left an 18-year-old man dead and five others injured.
Police responded to reports of gunfire around 3:33 a.m. and found multiple victims after dozens of shots were fired across several blocks.
Two victims were treated at the scene and hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, while the 18-year-old man later died from his wounds at a trauma center.
Authorities said hundreds of people were in the area during the chaotic incident, but the suspect or suspects had fled before police arrived, KATU 2 has reported.
No arrests have been made as investigators continue searching for evidence and working to determine a motive.
