Two men, 24-year-old Franeek Cobb and 29-year-old Derrick Long, were arrested in connection with a weekend shooting at Cincinnati’s Riverfront Live that wounded nine people.

The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. Sunday during a birthday celebration hosted by DJ Jermaine Tandy, also known as DJ Fresh, though no motive has been released.

All nine victims were hospitalized and are in stable condition, while the Cincinnati Police Department and FBI continue investigating.

The ATF has said the incident is not believed to be terrorism-related, and a $5,000 reward had been offered for information, the AP has reported.

Riverfront Live, a venue along the Ohio River, was formerly known as Stage Forty-Three and Inner Circle and has a history of hosting high-profile music events and some criminal activity.
