Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person wearing a Chucky-style mask who allegedly chased and threatened a woman near City Hall last week.

The masked person reportedly held a phone toward a 40-year-old jogger and repeatedly asked, “Are you ready to die?” causing her to stumble and suffer an injury.

Police said the suspect had also harassed pedestrians and was denied service at a Dunkin’ before fleeing into SEPTA’s Suburban Station.

Investigators described the suspect as a young man wearing a white Halloween mask with black hair and carrying a distinctive blue and black plaid backpack, NBC News has reported.

No arrests had been made, and police urged the public not to approach the suspect but to call 911 if they see him.
