A Utah judge is expected to rule whether Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk, will stand trial and potentially face the death penalty.

Prosecutors presented evidence including DNA test results that they say connect Robinson to the murder weapon, while his defense has questioned the testing and the investigation.
