Ukraine, Russia trade drone strikes, killing 6

Ukraine and Russia exchanged drone strikes overnight, killing at least six people and injuring dozens more.

A Ukrainian drone attack on the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk killed at least four people, including a child, and wounded 29 others.

Russia said it intercepted nearly 600 Ukrainian drones, while debris caused fires and damage in several areas.

Russian drones struck a border crossing between Ukraine and Moldova, killing two civilians and injuring three others, the DW has reported.

The attacks came as U.S.-brokered peace efforts continue, but negotiations have yet to produce a breakthrough or agreement to end the war.
