According to Bloomberg, on Monday, a judge in New York issued an order prohibiting former President Donald Trump from sharing any evidence related to his criminal case on social media.
This order serves as a restriction on Trump’s ability to publicly discuss the ongoing legal proceedings concerning the alleged hush money payment to Stormy Daniels, for which he faces 34 counts of falsifying business records.
State Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan also barred Trump from disclosing or publicly revealing any information about witnesses or other evidence gathered by Manhattan prosecutors in relation to the case, as reported by Bloomberg.
The allegations against the former president involve the falsification of business records, some of which are purportedly misrepresented for tax purposes.
Trump has consistently denied all the charges brought against him.
