On Wednesday, Vast, a private space station company, revealed its plans to launch a commercial space station named “Haven-1” as early as August 2025.

This ambitious project involves deploying the space station in low-Earth orbit, followed by the arrival of four commercial astronauts aboard SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft, ArsTechnica reported.

Once aboard the Haven-1 space station, the crew will embark on a 30-day mission before returning back to Earth. In conjunction with the announcement, Vast announced the availability of the four crewed seats for sale on this mission.

Additionally, seats for a second mission, scheduled no earlier than 2026, are also being made available for purchase.
