‘Chud the Builder’ charged with attempted murder after Clarksville courthouse shooting

A livestreamer known as “Chud the Builder,” real name,Dalton Eatherly was arrested after a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee, that left both him and another man wounded.

Authorities said a confrontation between Eatherly and an unidentified individual escalated into an exchange of gunfire, leading to charges including attempted murder and aggravated assault.

Both men were hospitalized and reported to be in stable condition following the incident.

The shooting came days after Eatherly was arrested in Nashville for a separate disturbance involving a livestream inside a restaurant, unpaid bills, and disorderly conduct, Fox 17 WZTV Nashville has reported.

Investigators are still determining what sparked the courthouse confrontation as Eatherly remains in custody awaiting arraignment.
