A 14-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a children’s lemonade stand in South Boston.
Police said two suspects approached the stand run by an 11-year-old girl and her 12-year-old brother, stole a cash box containing about $50, and displayed a firearm during the incident.
The suspects reportedly made several passes by the stand before approaching and grabbing the money.
One suspect was later arrested after surveillance images were released, while the second remains at large, Fox News has reported.
The arrested teen faces multiple firearm-related robbery charges and is being processed through juvenile court.
