
The city of Khmelnytskyi in Ukraine was struck by a massive explosion when 21 drones, allegedly sent by Russia, targeted an army silo, resulting in a colossal fireball and causing injuries to numerous individuals.
It seems that Vladimir Putin is directing his focus towards ammunition storage facilities in western Ukraine as Kyiv’s counter-offensive draws near, the Daily Mail reported.
The Khmelnytskyi Oblast State Administration reported that out of the “nearly 30” injured individuals, only two required hospitalization.
During the night of May 12, reports indicate that Russia carried out an attack on Ukraine using Shahed drones.
At 3:05 am, the air raid alarm sounded, alarming the residents, and within a span of one hour, loud explosions were heard.
The attack involved four drones that targeted an army facility, resulting in an explosion that caused damage to nearby residential properties and other structures.
Additionally, Ukrainian air defense successfully intercepted and shot down seventeen drones.
