A Ring doorbell video captured a masked man in a pickup truck allegedly stealing cacti from a home in the Catalina Foothills area near Tucson, Arizona, late at night.

The homeowner reported the incident, which neighbors described as concerning but potentially a minor property crime.

Local authorities said they had not been previously aware of similar recent activity but plan to investigate.

The report notes the incident occurred near the area where Nancy Guthrie, mother of TV co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, disappeared months earlier, TV Insider has reported.
