An overwhelming majority of probable voters, 62 percent, rate the federal government’s management of the Ohio train derailment as unsatisfactory, ranging from fair (16 percent) to poor (46 percent), according to a Rasmussen Poll.
In contrast, just 30 percent of the respondents rate the federal government’s handling of the Ohio train derailment as “good” (20 percent) or “excellent” (10 percent).
Out of the 1,000 likely voters, only 23 percent agreed with the EPA’s declaration that the drinking water near the site of the derailment and toxic spill is safe, with nine percent saying it was “very safe” and 14 percent saying it was “somewhat safe,” Breitbart News reports.
On the other hand, a significant 71 percent of the 1,000 likely voters surveyed do not trust the EPA’s declaration that the drinking water near the site of the derailment and toxic spill is safe, with 24 percent stating it is “not very safe” and 47 percent stating it is “not at all safe”.
