Jake Lang arrested again in North Texas on terroristic threat charge, held on $1M bond

Jake Lang was arrested in North Texas for the second time in a week, this time on suspicion of making a terroristic threat, according to jail records.

He was taken into custody in Frisco after dining at a restaurant and booked into the Dallas County Jail on a $1 million bond.

Authorities say the charge involves allegations of threatening conduct that caused public fear and may have disrupted public services, though details have not been released.

Lang has a history of legal issues, including a recent criminal trespass arrest in Texas and a property damage charge in Minnesota, Fox 4 News has reported.

He was also previously convicted for offenses related to the January 6, 2021 U.S. Capitol attack before receiving a presidential pardon.
