David Glen Shuck has been charged after allegedly making repeated death threats against a U.S. senator and the senator’s family.

Authorities say he faces multiple counts related to threatening a member of Congress and communicating interstate threats.

Court documents allege Shuck called the senator on three separate occasions and threatened to kill him and his relatives.

The case is being investigated by the U.S. Capitol Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Fox 25 has reported.

If convicted, he could face significant federal penalties for the alleged threats.
